A fellebbviteli biróság újból megnyitotta a RIAA (Recondring Industry Association of America) ellen tröszt-ellenes alapokon zajló jogi folyamatot. A beadvány szerint a nagy kiadókat tömorítő RIAA kartellként működve mesterségesen magasan tartja az árakat, amely miatt minden fogyasztónak túl sokat kell fizetnie. Ez a szabad gazdasági verseny szabályait sérti, és törvényellenes.
Reméljük a bíróság a végére jár a dolognak.
